The Benefits of Fasted Training

We see ourselves as either deficient or not deficient and for you if you're actually towards the higher end of that and then come down to even a mid-range you're i assume probably gonna feel the difference absolutely. Some people choose to exercise in a fasted state to try and speed up their fat oxidation capabilities so some people swear by this because they find that they lean out, burn more fat and get fitter. Men respond differently to fasted training than women females are already better than males at fat oxidation but it can increase those cortisol hormone levels which is our stress hormone.
