Any type of growth is just a giant game of telephone where you hope that your customers can pick up the most compelling thing about your product and tell other people about it. At the heart of the organic sharing equation is oddly something called the crime triangle. For something to be shared, there needs to be a problem that's important enough that people share it. If one of those doesn't play nice, the likelihood of a share drops off a cliff.
