It all starts with 15 seconds ofa cold shower unter a hot one. In ten days you will be in there for two and a half minutes, cold after the warm and all. And then your body is back in business the way nature meant it to be. I still feel it if i don't go into the cold, say, a day or two. And then go back in the cold. It's always merciless. But it really guys. It is righteous. So the cold alto learns you to love life. That's what we do. Amen.
