The Most Efficient Way to Workout
Adon: I love it's even in the name the layman's fitttiss thing. Even with like going to the gim for multiple ai hours several days a week, it gets harder and harder to do that. So i kind of fall back to having a good routine. And so i think what that looks like, very practically is, you know, at least three sessions a week, 30 to forty minutes,. We're doing some type of strength training, making me cardio. But carving out those slots of time and an committing to that and building that into a habit.
