If I want to own minus locations, I'm kind of going to be forced to do a roll-up because it's all claimed territory and they're all going to be resales. But once you're in, again, especially if you're the first time buyer, just don't scale too quickly, which I think naturally, right? If you're struggling with location number one, it prevents you from even figuring out a second location.
