How to Conduct a 360 Review
A 360 review is a way for people to figure out their blind spots and how they're being viewed. The answers are anonymized which gives people another layer of permission to be particularly direct. Tim says the last two times he's had a book do very well on the bestseller lists, it has left him feeling relief that he didn't fail. He also talks about his own struggles with self-doubts over whether or not he was good enough as a wrestler.
