I love having the idea of having transitions and the regular stuff in your schedule alreadye like, well, look at my calendar, bike, o, i'm free to day. But if i look at the blank day in my branch li conow, that's free. If you do that as well, thiresis a sort of duality that peoplell experience, where theyr like, i don't have as much time as i thought, but now i understand why i'm not getting as much done as i thought in my day. You just didn't put your routines into your system. And i'm sure everyone's experience that. Everyone has stuff come up every day. Like
