Allan flannagan: How can we really be sure how dairy affects our health when so much of the literature is funded by the dairy industry? He says there's a real urge to portray this food group in the most negative light possible. Flannagan: Industry funding is something to be aware of as an amber light, but it's not an instant red light.

In Episode #225 I sit down with Alan Flanagan, PhD to discuss the health implications of consuming dairy.
