The Probabilistic Revolution

There are so many topics like rationality and even probability which do not respect the borders we have erected around our hometowns of disciplines. The entire disciplines are an invention of the 20th century. They weren't existing in this way before. There are two ways to do science. One is territorial. You identify with a discipline or better a sub-discipline as tiny as possible and try to become the king. The other way to doing science is you fall in love with a topic and then try to understand this topic from many, many, many sides and collaborate with others. It's not about the answers in the first place, it's about finding the right kind of questions.
