Programming Is a Complex Area, and You've Got to Do What You're Not Good At

Only two of the three can be high at any one time, out of frequency, volume and intensity. So when you increase volume, you would usually decrease frequency. You performyo do chinups once a week. That'sn one lift a day. Pogan or bo split, if its muscle go pogented. And you can only take it to the more high frequency approach as well. But then you really have to manage the amount of work that you perform in the same session. It is either high volume, high intensity, but then extremely low frequency to allow recovery.
