How to Hire a Dive Deep Leader
At the end of five interviews, we all set in a room and do what we call a debrief. We either say we're inclined to hire or not inclined to hire. And our bar raises often have done two, three, four, 500 interviews so their experience interviewers can tell us if they meet the right leadership principle bars. In this short period of time, we've also bought new skills and expertise in an industry that is absolutely new. This is a really beautiful time to seek that because there's so many opportunities out there.
