Wellness can be a very loaded word. When my values and my behaviour is aline, i feel empowered over the habits em that i create every single day. I feel really strong when i noticed something happening that would normally give me anxiety. Er, when iam able to do that, i feel very well. So it feels like so indipodous timing. And now here i am totally chilled,. strolling here, listening to music, delighted to be talking toyou like it's all very er, being able to punctuate my progress.
