Is Spin Your Legs a Good Thing?
Chasarud: I think massage actually increased pain threshold and pain tolerance, which leads me to posit that maybe exercise induced lymphatic drainage, spinning your legs, is likely to have a similar effect. There's just nothing i was hoping that the after effects would be like daysworth having some exposure to this means that next time your perception of the pain associated with it is diminished. But try as i might i couldn't really find anything that backed up with research, the point i really hoped make.
