If it says sugar-free that's usually a signl for they've added artificial sweeteners. Most breads we eat are ultra processed foods and people don't realize it. So many times you don't actually get to see the label or it's confused with whole grain wheat germ, multi seed, granary,. All kinds of other silly names to disguise the fact that they've got all kinds of chemical rubbish in there. And I think that's that's what we need to do.
