I actually think it's quite healthy to experience the emotion of guilt because what that does is it creates some boundaries. It's when guilt or restriction spirals into shame that leads to that real negative place where you can't eat in this case, for example. That's what we need to be careful of, but not guilt and restriction itself. I think those are normal human emotions that we should experience. And so this whole sort of idea of never having a guilty moment with food or never having a restricted moment of food, I think is actually kind of damaging.
