Boredom is a thing that we want to move away from, because it consistently makes sure we actually keep moving. Cues are meaningless until they are interpreted. The thoughts, feelings, emotions of the observer are what transform a cue into a craving. Quickly jumping on to response, which is obtaining it. This depends on how motivated you are, how much friction there is associated and your ability to perform it. And then last one, reward, which is satisfying and teaching. So rewards are the end goal of every habit. Yes, those are the Q craving response and reward.
