A, my diet over the years has just been pretty consistent based on where i'm in ing yet. I'll go kind of strict tqito when i'm kind of in off season, or lower volling, lower intensity stuff. And then as i kind of progress through training, i'll raise the carbohydrates up a bit. A, at the very most, i'll maybe hit 30 % of my intake from carbohydrate. That's probably like a handful of days per year. When i'm focusing a little more on animal products, iy'll creep up to 30%. So that can be anywhere from like 60 to 70 % of my intake in most cases.
