Portuguese scientists found that compared with the urban population, the rural population had earlier sleep patterns. A Bengali study revealed that urban adult populations had crappier sleep than the rural and the ladies slept the worst. Los Angeles was rated the least peaceful place to live in America by Sleep Chunky.
