How to Succeed in an M&A Process
I like to keep things in very simple and efficient but you can always have a hundred page documents or a hundred page decks. So we get the strategy lay of the land is there any deliverable that comes out of this strategy part of the sort of diligence we're doing on the company to get that started? There's no set in stone thing but for me what works is having a synthesis or a document where I have my thoughts on not just absorbing and understanding these conversations but opportunities sometimes this can manifest itself. The next step we had was establish a process the time frames for activities to get done and then communicating it so everyone's aligned on it.
