For change to happen, it needs to be given the correct amount of time. And that systematic, structural protection of that time within the school is absolutely fundamental. If it's not there, again, it feeds into the environment. The environments not right? You knowit all conne into this organnic thing. It will not work if am a super busy subject leader has been asked to do this on a tuesday night when they 're absolutely nacked after a day of teaching. So we need to protect that, and we really do.
