How to Track Your Protein Levels

I started tracking my protein about a year ago, when I started working out with this group here in Los Angeles that I've mentioned on the podcast before. Even me, somebody who is not qualified like you in this space, but interviews people all day, even I was under eating on protein. So try it once my guess is my audience. Less than 8% of my audience just made up number has ever tracked at any point in time in their life. If you would guess for your audience, what would you say was like at least for one or two weeks, how much percentage of your audience have ever tracked? I would probably guess 25 to 30%.
