I actually think i use band distraction for, like, corrective stuff more than i use bands for progressively overlan. They werea easy ideathinta evebegiin ro i had a client whose knee trav as would like travel in yes s i'd use the band to hold the leg out, which just gave it more resista. That's actually a really good exercise to train them to activate that glot mead that helps open up the hip. And again, i feel like i did, i must have done ten sets. I just dead lifted for about an hour in 20 minutes with the bands, and just moving em up and adding speed and stuff like that.
