How to Fuel for Long Runs

I eat the same thing right before my run every morning. Like I'm pretty uniform in what I put in my body. And I think that's what allows me to kind of not have a ton of issues. Scratch makes a hyper hydration and it's actually meant to be like your, like if a kid's sick,. It has this formula in it where it's going to give you everything you need hydration wise. You're going to stay hydrated. So I drink that before hard workouts and long runs so that I get everything I need, but I'm not having to go to the bathroom. Yeah. Absolutely.
