Interview Questions for Account Executives
I like to understand, especially for these early days, what is it that these account executives have done above and beyond their current role of just selling. I also spend a lot of time digging into why people make the moves they did because i actually think it really takes a full year to get good at selling a product and building a pipe line. And it's a bit of a red flag of some hopping after a year, because it means their pipe line probably wasn't where it needed to be.
