i suppose i should confess, you know, like everybody else, i have my own self like parts that i do really befriend or have befriended. But one that came to light, i actually want to refer to kelly's work. He teaches a lot a he talks about a kind of witness state that can feel like a, feel like self energy. And in working with an exile, but when we build a self to part relationship, it could be with a manager or a fire fighter, when the self is wanting to connect. So those different self qualities, connection, clarity, confetence, courage, et cetera, are great - and they're also numbing.
