The two greatest drivers of long life that are uncontested are high levels of muscularity and low levels of body fat. So there's only one way you're going to eat. In my opinion, this is heavy animal protein. Yeah. And what percentage of people even have less than 1% just that make all this? That would probably confuse all the studies that we're looking at for muscle proteins.
