Avoid Eject Evacuate

The comfort we gain in the short term doesn't always outweigh the damage in the long term. We can cause harm to relationships that we won't realize. If we're avoiding for some people, we also could be sacrificing ourselves in the process. Having boundaries of not being clear about what we need is a mistake.
