Building a Holistic View of an Ecosystem
The passion of most service designers, I think and myself included, it's about ecosystems. When you look at the different parts of the brain, they're just like different aspects of the business. And so when you start talking about what we provide to our customers, it's more like a nervous system. So I love that moment when you have this holistic view of an ecosystem and you can see all of its working and connected parts.
