I haven't really spoken about the relationship of like muscle growth with volume for a while particularly not in any depth but particularly that kind of the inverted U like you said. It's kind of coming down to the stimulus to fatigue trade-off of long muscle length training and where's the sweet spot there. We're just never going to have the answers which is why I think if the field wants to go into sort of an individual direction we have to start thinking about proxies things that can predict growth.
