Is Nitrogen Really Important in a Beer Propagation?

When we dropped the sugar concentration to two plate, which is a huge dilution, we saw cell growth efficiency drop by 46. And that's 50% more cell production than what we see when we use full strength for it. When we took those yeast and put them into beer fermentations, we saw fermentation perform exactly how we expected. We knew the amount of ethanol that we were supposed to produce,. The amount of fermentable sugars that should have been left over is zero. It performed perfectly.
