The Grief Challenges Are Our Notion of Control

This month mark om seven years since my only child, jake, by suicide. Men grieve differently than women. There's no right way. It's only your way. The grief challenges are our notions of control. Some people cry oceans of tears, and others feel numb. My marriage has survived beautifully. We've worked through it. But my fear is, i i survive my husband, and i want to go on as far as i can, but who will take care of me?
