Training More Than Muscles

As a fighter, whenever the touh going was tough, i said, right now as where everyone's going to give up. This is where i've to perform. And that's ultimately what got me through it all. It's important to keep in mind that we're always training more than muscles. You're also building a mental pattern of being a person who quits when it's hard. If you have someone with great physiology, but they give up as soon as it's hard, or its raining, or the feet hurt, like their screw, they're not going to make it anywhere.
