Food Snobs and Food Snobbery

Food ways change and in some ways, decline at first, and it takes a while for markets to adjust. Food snobs are right that local food tastes better, but they're wrong that it's better for the environment or cheaper. I think agra business and consumerism are seen as the great villains. We can't do without them. They feed the seven billion people in the world. But i would work on improving them through innovation.
