One of the benefits of open maundering is your observing your mind and kind of getting to know your mind better. I'm curious your thoughts on whether the t m tradition is saying like that type of meditation is just not ay, maybe it could be complimentary. What if i thoghts im rentary, it's complimentary. If a person wants to do open monetory, it's a preparation for activity. So many of these things are complementary. You know, in a tool box, there's lot of different tools that we can use to reduce stress. To wake up the creative networks in the brain to develop higher states of consciousness.
