The Relationship Between FTP and VO2 Max Power

Do you look at the relation of FTP to VO2 max powered all? This is kind of like everyone's sort of split on this one that I've asked in order to dictate training. And if so, how do you glean from that? So you mean like how high somebody's VO2 max power is relative to their FTP? Yes, exactly. That's definitely something that I look at. In fact, one athlete that I was talking to has a very low VO2 max relative to his FTP, but he's like a diesel. But we know that that's a weakness for him and that's something to be to work on.
