What Is Open Dialogue?
Open dialogue is a conversation that I softwacked company that uses artificial intelligence to create sophisticated human-like chat and virtual assistants. Micah: Open dialogue thinks about the context in which a conversation takes place first, helps you set out the information architecture of the conversations then leverage natural language understanding within those contexts. Ron Ashry: The way that open dialogue has you think about conversations is very different compared to how most people design conversations.Micah: It's mostly rewarding when we actually see the results that we get for our customers.
