Working Remotely Is Better Than Working in an Office
One aspect of working remotely that i think actually does yield better results, and that's the amount of focus time that people get in a remote environment. One of the most productive organize ons i ever worked in before moving into leadership was when we only went into the offices either three or two days a week. You get so much done in those two an two to three days together, just because you don't get it all the time. A. It's the same idea of the quarterly onsight, except instead of breaking it out into a quarter a time frame, you move it down to every week. We do this, we don’t get to spend all our time together.
