How to Succeed in a Marathon
I tried to run two marathons and I didn't, they were like, but I kind of... What was the failure based on? I didn't need enough carbs the day after that first marathon. So I was just totally depleted the next day. It wasn't a lack of willpower or a lack of kind of ability at that time. It was just my approach at that time wasn't right. And so I go and then I do six and repeated that for about 12 weeks where I had six week chunk and I just change it, block them together a little bit more, run longer. The last 12 weeks, probably 60 miles per week.
