There are two approaches to the early mornings that i like to think of it. The more and the energy approach, where my morning hours are not really about creating anything for work,. but it is more about waking myself up physically and mentally. I drink water, i have smoothd ease, i exercise, and whatever that looks like for you, so that when your day begins, you have all this just kind of built up and ready to go. And now you're most you're mentally rt, you're ready, you know, to kick butt in the day.
