What Made You Want to Be a Chef?

When i walked into a kitchen because i needed a job, so i started washing up, and it was the energy of the space, and u to wa, this is incredible. It wasn't produce thed from me. I didn't travel india looking at spices and hav and seeing food. I just went in their needin money went, this is amazing. What was the point for you that you thought, you know what, being a shef is where i want to be?
