The Importance of Establishing Trust and Rhythm
The two things we're really trying to accomplish in the first year of an investment, it's establishing those two foundations, trust and rhythm. If you don't establish the cadence of when those things get talked about, it gets harder and harder to bring up what needs fixing. You got to find that balance upfront because there's going to be curveballs and speed bumps thrown your way. And especially when you get into M and A will talk a little bit about adding-ons and acquisitions.
