I just finished maps, advanced and about phase one. And then I did a D load week. Within like the first day and like doing like a body weight exercise, I was like abnormally sore. It is not normal to feel more sore during the D load weeks. That's because it was such a novel movement than either novel, like it's exercises you're not used to or the intensity was too high.
