Chrono nutrition is simply the reciprocal relation that exists between your diet and your body's clocks. In a healthy sicadian system, scating system promotes wakefulness and physical activity in eating behavior during the biologial daytime. And then during the biological night time, which is when melatonan is high and when we've got a strong urge to sleep, it promotes rest and sleep. So within the biological day, it seems that consumeg a greater proportion of our calories and of specific nutrients at certain times of day might be conducive to good health.
