If we have really no idea we should start asking our customers Why the hell they signed up and if they all say because I read it on twitter then our theory starts forming that it's advocacy. There's like two themes there's probably more than just these two themes, but these two themes seem pretty clear. It's x and y So what can we do so our theory is x and y are important?
