And you were like, that's probably too rich for me, no matter what your number is. Well, so as I'm sure a lot ofSure a lot of searches of encounter really depends on the brokerage, whether there's a listed price. Some broke to me, I think it was about 5050. But yeah, seeing that SDE number, I was like, no, by really almost any multiple, that's quickly going to get outside of my range.
