How to Hire a Mechanical Executive

It's a much more rational way to go about it than relying on the hired guns coming in from the outside that, you know, have a resume full of one-year stints at a variety of places. I'm not hiring someone from externally and trying to correct bad habits or get them excited about our product versus another product they've sold. So I'd wholeheartedly recommend that. It was funny. We were interviewing so many people for our kind of executive roles. And our job description was sufficiently vague where we would consider kind of recent grads as well as looking for people who have called a year or two of experience under their belt.
