Is It Too Much to Ask for Free Tea and Coffee and Refreshments?

I find it baffling that there are still schools that ask teachers to chip in every term. I don't even drink tea and coffee, but I do eat the biscuits. The fact that there are teachers who have to pay a certain amount every term is just wild. We often don't take toilet breaks. If you're someone that needs a fresh air break, you're not getting those breaks. So I think it's not too much to ask for people to have free tea and coffee.
