I have learnt so much about my body. And I can almost now predict what my sleep and recovery is going to be based on what I have done that day or what I've consumed. So say for example, these are the things which I basically stopped doing. I've cut down alcohol intake massively because I can tell even maybe just having three drinks or more, my HRV goes down so much. And I'm almost always in the red. I've noticed smoking chisha. That's quite a big thing in Dubai. When I smoke chisha and try to go to bed, my heart rate is elevated quite a bit. I probably nicotine. The nicotine. And then obviously with caffeine
