When working with an athlete who does have quite good performance, but then you discover that they're erobically deficient in what you're gong to have to ask them to do is take two steps backwards to correct this arobic deficiency. That's where it can be difficult. I had just such a situation arise for a fellow who was withan remarkably high maxvio two, 92 millileters. And he came to me and his performance had stagnated a he was not competitive on the whirl cup.
