I always look at the front of house space as a bit of a scrapbook. I treat it like home. Most of those masks have been handpicked by me or a very close member of our team. Certain ingredients we brought directly from Sri Lanka. We've got Arrak, a coconut spirit, and a gin from Colombo,. Both supplied by Rockland, a phenomenal distillery. And now, some of my closest... The owner is one of my closest friends.
